Premier Alan Winde has called on the EFF to not continue with their plans to escalate the situation in Brackenfell.
Winde and Education MEC Debbie Schafer visited Brackenfell High this morning. Winde says matrics need to be able to write their exams without disruption.
The Premier says the EFF did not have a permit to march.
Winde has also called for more arrests, following the violence in the area. A 39 year old resident has so far been arrested for public violence.
