The South African Airways chairperson, Thandeka Mgoduso, has resigned. Mgoduso’s resignation comes a day, before Finance Minister Tito Mboweni, is set to deliver his medium-term budget policy statement. It is expected that Mboweni will announce a R10.5-billion bail-out to get SAA operational again.
