The City of Cape Town says it has managed to deliver more than 100-million litres of water to informal settlements, during the national lockdown. The City's Directorate of Water says it has been providing a temporary emergency water delivery service to provide communities with access to water, for basic hygiene to help reduce the spread of COVID-19.
