In your Tech Tuesday, Theunis Janse van Rensburg, the man in the know as to what is happening in the world of tech, joined me to chat about the ever so popular Face App that has been making huge waves on the social media platforms with its ability to take your face and transform it into a very realistic older, younger or even opposite gender of you!
If you haven’t given it a go just yet, please do so, I can guarantee that you will be in for a laugh that will work each and every stomach muscle you can think of!
Laughter aside though, with the incredible traction this app received in a very short space of time, a lot of people step forward with concerns over safety and privacy, as for your photos to be transformed, it has to be uploaded to the developers servers so that the AI ( artificial intelligence) can work its magic. All very complicated if you are not a techy like me, but the BIG question…. IS IT SAFE?
