Duncan’s radio career started when he began his studies at the University of Pretoria. Whilst still a student, and working at Radio TUKS, Duncan began working professionally at ShowTime Music Radio. Shortly after, Duncan became the weekend breakfast host and then the week-day afternoon host on Solid Gold FM.
Since then Duncan has worked for stations such as CANI Community radio in Johannesburg, Jacaranda 94.2, Cape Talk and kFM and Magic828am.
In addition to radio, Duncan is the General Manager of PalaceBet, Peermont Global (Pty) Ltd.’s online betting operation and hosts local and international boxing events as a ring-announcer for SuperSport, a further ‘hobby’ he has enjoyed since 1998, and one that has seen him announce close to 100 world title fights.
Duncan has been married to Nell-Louise since 1999, their son Rees was born in Polokwane in 2004.
