The comment follows after 4 people were shot and killed on Saturday night at a tavern in Sweetwaters, outside Pietermaritzburg.
Police Minister Bheki Cele and national police commissioner General Fannie Masemola will be briefed at a high-level meeting in Soweto today, following the mass murder of 15 people at a local tavern, over the weekend.
