Eskom says it has implemented contingency measures, as tropical cyclone Eloise heads for north-eastern parts of SA. The cyclone made landfall in Mozambique on Saturday morning, and is expected to bring heavy rains and strong winds in areas of South Africa where some of Eskom’s largest power stations are located.
