Occupational Health and Safety measures changed in June 2021 to include mask-wearing and social distancing rules in the workplace. The Department of Employment and Labour has now introduced the “Code of Good Practice: Managing Exposure to SARS-CoV-2 in the Workplace”.
Employers will still be able to implement mandatory Covid-19 vaccination policies when the State of Disaster is done away with.
